The Three Body Types

  • Ectomorph — long limbs, small frame, fast metabolism. Builds muscle slowly. Benefits from progressive strength training and calorie surplus.
  • Mesomorph — athletic, muscular, well-defined. Responds quickly to both strength and cardio.
  • Endomorph — broader frame, holds fat more easily. Benefits from regular cardio and disciplined nutrition.

Most people are a blend of two types. Genetics set the baseline, but training and diet drive the visible result.
