You cannot fundamentally change your somatotype — it is largely determined by genetics, bone structure, and hormonal profile. However, consistent training and nutrition can substantially alter your body composition. An endomorph can become lean and muscular; an ectomorph can build significant muscle mass. Somatotype represents tendency, not fixed outcome.
